Just to detail, I've installed TWRP prepared by Tzul but after, I figured out that my tablet we the plus (I guess finaly).
So, I met same issue than others met, touch is disabled when started and boot loops in recovery into TWRP with an error.
I don't know what to do.

It lets you enter the TWRP? I did what they indicated to install the SuperSu and that fixed the restarts and I was able to return quietly to the system.

"So, I met same issue than others met, touch is disabled when started and boot loops in recovery into TWRP with an error."
This is what I experienced after installing TWRP on my tablet.
I could revive my tablet by flashing my tablet with the "TB3-X70F_S000027_170619_ROW-signed" file as provided by Tzul, using the MediaTek SP Flash Tool (SPFT).

But if you try to start in the recovery opens the TWRP?
If it leaves you, you should download the supersu zip and copy it to the tablet and from the TWRP install it, that solved my problem.
But someone will tell you where is the backup you are looking for, I did not have one and I was different, just for people from China.

Wait for Tzul to see what it tells you, if I could enter the recovery and install the supersu and that fixed the start.
Wait for the answers from the experts, although the file you are looking for I think is this:

So I've tested by reading Readme.txt file but I stuck here:
11. Turn off tablet completely 10. Hold volume-UP key on tablet while connecting it to PC via USB 11. After a few seconds, SPFT should find tablet and start 12. Release volume-UP key and wait for flashing to finish
When I turn on my tablet while holding vol-UP key, I immediately land on the "Select Boot Mode" screen:
Select Boot Mode: [VOLUME_UP to select. VOLUME_DOWN is OK.] [Recovery Mode] <<== [Fastboot Mode] [Normal Mode]
And SPFT detects nothing (I'm on Ubuntu laptop).
By the way, in "Recovery Mode" allows to perform "adb devices" to detect my device but screen is TWRP screen on which touch screen is disabled.
Any hints ?
