Hey.☺️ I just got the oreo update officialy. I am upgrading to android oreo. It has also mentioned about android oreo and network compatibilty. It fixed the network and wifi issues and main thing, it has upgraded the tab to android oreo
Why would you post this in a thread for the Tab 4 PLUS ?
You have a totally different tablet.

Or mayby Lenovo did something not right with Tab 4 10 plus ,from hardware side, and after tests with Oreo this mistake apear so now they want to preserves themselves from repairing \replaceing faulty tablet by not giving update to Android 8. Anyway if Motorola\Lenovo won't give me update I will install unofficial version of Android 8.1 made by enthusiastic people.

I need to add my voice to number of customers who are disappointed that Lenovo has so far not included the Tab 4 10 Plus in the Oreo update.
I am a brand new customer to the Lenovo brand and just got my tablet for Xmas. I previously owned a Nexus 10 and Pixel C.
The Tab 4 10 Plus is a good product and I am enjoying using the tablet but I can't believe Lenovo is not supporting this product. I thought this was a Lenovo flagship product.
I truly hope Lenovo reconsiders the decision to not update the tablet to Oreo. If you want customers to be loyal to the Lenovo brand you need to support your products.

It would just be nice if someone from Lenovo would actually respond and let us know where we stand! I think that would simply be considered customer service, and it's very disappointing that as yet they haven't shown any with regard to this issue.

There is a Lenovo presence here who deal with some of the broader issues, but unfortunately because of the number of queries there is no guarantee you will receive a direct response.
