I used a translator. ( I'm sorry about this. )
I have TB-8704F tablet. (TAB4 8 PLUS / WIFI)
I updated 8704F_S001011_181108_ROW yesterday.
A reboot was performed after the installation was completed.
However, even after a long time, the system did not boot.
I felt something was wrong.
And I started looking for a way to recover.
I operated the TAB4 8 PLUS in a recoverable state following the instructions on the link.
I then installed the drivers and restored the TAB4 8 PLUS with the QFIL tool.
After recovery, the version becomes TB-8704F_S000024_17070706_ROW.
In addition, after checking the update notification of TB-8704F_S000037_180906_ROW OTA, I executed the update.
( Then an update to 8704F_S001011_181108_ROW OTA appeared again. But I decided to ignore 8704F_S001011_181108_ROW. )
I hope it will help those who have a problem how to restore the firmware.

Hey all , Just wanted to know that did the Oreo update fixed the SD card issue.
I have read some reviews stating that there SD card got corrupt when formated through tab 4 8 plus..
I have read that this is happening with all Lenovo tab 4 series.
Just one more doubt.
This tab do not have a compass sensor . It is gonna interfere with Google maps ?

Hi, another one here with the "stuck at Splash Screen" issue after the Oreo 8.1 o-t-a update.
I've tried factory reset, but to no avail yet.
Any advice would be greatly appricated.

I have two units. One is perfectly fine after update but the other one stuck at Lenovo logo. Luckily this one is still in warranty and I will go to CS on Monday.
Lenovo, please don't push an update on Friday so that you cannot react to a serious and massive problem created by the update!

Another seemingly bricked Tab4 8 Plus here, stuck on the Lenovo splash screen.
Tried a factory reset in the Fastboot which appeared to work, but still stuck on the Lenovo logo. Now I can't even get into the Fastboot.
