Lollipop update for Tab 2 A10-70F

Latest Android upgrade has bricked my tablet. The screen is blank an I am only able to turn the tablet on or off. It does boot up but then nothing after except for the blank screen.

Correction: Tablet screen finally came on, update to Lollipop just took very long time to load.

This happened to me too. Solution is to go into recovery mode and do a complete wipe. You do this by holding volume up and power same time. Then just install from factory.

Thanks for your quick response! As I indicated in my corrected post, the screen finally came on after a very long boot up. I assume it was running of Lollipop for the first time. Guess I was too quick in doing the post.

Oh OK. Well seems my atmos and miravision not working after lollipop update. Any solutions? My sound is very tinny and low now.

Also antutu post lower score now by 8000 with switch to lollipop.

Correction- antutu improved by 3000 after restart.

Well I received update today also.  Working good but I have no mute for the tablet.  I can turn the volume down but can not mute all sound.  As for as the Dolby Atmos not working it worked just fine until I used the Google Voice search.  When it started to talk back to  me sound went out.  Its still a problem.  I did the Dolby and Dolby Atmos force stop and it is now working again.  Really love the added layer for apps.  Now if they can just help me to mute the thing.

You can mute it by pulling the main slide bar down from the top right. It has a box where you can go silent. There is a box for audio profiles.

The mute icon shows at the top but when I launch app or play music etc. has no effect. All I can do is lower volume.

I personally hate Atmos. It sounds terrible. If I even have it working correctly. It is very hollow and I get sounds from the sides but it is like there is no front and center. It is seriously annoying. I don't know if this is normal or if this is how it sounds.

And the output on the tablet is very low with the external speaker all the way up.

And we're back...

Move delayed but still coming
