As far as I know, the A1000 doesn't need to be unlocked to run custom ROMs (but none exist anyways). I don't know enough about SP Flash to advise on how you would build a ROM for it. On the thread other thread you started, bhattbhargav60 mentioned that there is TWRP for the A1000, so that would be a much easier way to install a ROM if you can actually make one that works. I'm not aware of any SP tools for Linux.
Custom ROMs are virtually non-existent for Mediatek-based devices, because they don't provide complete kernel source and they're difficult to work with. If you really want Ubuntu Mobile, Mediatek devices (like the A1000) are the wrong way to go. I'd highly suggest buying a tablet that's supported by Canonical, or least one that's easier to develop for.

I downloaded the above zip file and extracted in my device
But my tab is not detecting in my laptop in "Fastboot Mode"
So please help me to solve this issue
