Its really frustrating from 1am to 4am and one cant find a solution to lenovo problem..i just bought a lenovo ideapad A10 which is not up to 3 weeks old.the system automatically requested for an update which i simply did and for two days now it is stuck at the start up page displaying lenovo...frustrating with a new product...any possible info will be appreciated.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
If the unit is stuck while booting, I would recommend that you attempt to see if you are able to reach the recovery menu at all.
Power off the unit, and attempt to hold the power + volume up or down buttons, see if this is able to get you into the recovery menu.
If these steps do not work I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers

Thank you for the time taking...i have tried all you mention but to no avail and the most annoying part is i have been calling lenovo number for 2 days no one is ever picking and also tried the jumbo service which is in charge of their 800 number still nothing as i am been put on hold for several mins in different days but to eventually cut off by the phone as their is no one picking up..at the moment my experience is all bad service from lenovo i doubt if i can even.advice or recommend their product or service to a foe.
