I've been removing your new posts for this problem, because they don't contain the pictures you reference, plus you already have this thread for your issue. I guarantee that other users have been reading your post (91 views), however no one has chimed in yet. Perhaps no one understands the problem you are facing.
I do not have the AMD graphics in any of the systems I am using. When I view your pictures, I can't see anything "wrong". As far as I know, the AMD Graphics (much like the NVidia) only becomes active, when you have a game, or some other application, that requires more GPU video processing. Otherwise the Intel HD 4000 manager settings take control.
1. What do you see in the Intel HD 4000 graphic manager?
2.Are you having a problem with the AMD while gaming?
3.Do you have all the current Win 8.1 Lenovo drivers, including the V2.03 BIOS, installed?
4.Are there any yellow exclamations in your device manager?
5.What happens when you select "Detect..." in your 3rd picture?
6.Did you upgrade to Win 8.1, from Win 7, and your issue started after the upgrade?
As I've said, I don't know what problem you're experiencing, and what you're expecting to happen, regarding the CCC.
