Hi Foxsadik ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you tried manually adjusting it similar to this?

You can also inhance some configurations with your Intel graphics settings.

Update us how it goes.

Regards

Hi Foxsadik ,

Greetings.

Without those options on BIOS , OEM presets on designated RAM are already configured by manufacturer as optimal for the system model.

Adding physical RAM would not increase would not increase dedicated video memory.

More about this here on the Intel graphics FAQ :

" Adding more physical memory may or may not increase your graphics memory. For example, adding more memory would not make a difference if your computer is configured to use a fixed allocation method for the graphics memory. "

Updating the Intel Graphics drivers may allow settings customized as others may increase performance gains by increasing virtual memory instead

Regards
