B560 : Finger Print issue

Question

My finger print sensor is not at all working. Whenever am going to login using fingerprint sensor, it is showing the message "DEVICE SUSPENDED"

 

How do I get this rectified?

Answer

You will be required to uninstall the "Finger Print" drivers first. Once uninstalled go to the support site and download the recomended drivers for your device. Click on the link below for the recomended drivers.
