B590 No hdd in Bios ..

Here's the problem

 

hi...

 

 

 

im a pc tecnic and a customer give me an lenovo b590 with a boot problem....

 

 

in the boot, the screen of boot options appear the lan boot and the hdd, but any option won´t boot, i try to config. the bios boot options, change to UEFi for LEGACY but its has supervisor password. the customer won´t  remember the pass, the laptop is out of waranty and he´s take the desition of change the bios chip.

 

after the bios change the options on the bios are avaliable and i change the options UEFI/LEGACY an the full features of config. in the bios, the problem is the hdd dissapear ..not detected...  i put the hdd in to another pc/laptop and it fine, also i replace the DVD and put an adapter to convert the DVD drive into a HDD (its a caddy for an optional HDD, or to have 2 hdd in the laptop)...

 

after this the hdd its appear and says the diagnostic screen FIXED DISK and the info of my hdd, also i try to install a clean installation of WIN 7 the boot usb its correct, the installation menu show the disc, and copy all info in the disk, but again the boot fails, the diagnostic screen says fixed disk ..ok but NO BOOT...

 

 

 

any sugesstion?  i try wake up this laptop for 3 weeks but i can´t...

 

Bios of lenovo B590 not detect HDD...also i buy a hdd caddy and put an other hdd in the CD/DVD reader so i have installed 2 hdd in mi lenovo...but bios can't detect...

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

 

1- Turn off the laptop >> unplug the charger >> Remove the battery >> Hold the power button for 20 seconds.

2- Connect the charger only >> Hold the power button for 10 seconds.

3- Turn on the laptop and access the BIOS >> Press FN+F9 to reset >> yes, after that press FN+F10 to save and exit.

4.Reseat (disconnect and reconnect) the Hard Drive connections (both SATA and power connectors) and check if the computer boots.
