I bought this laptop B71-80 and instaled Win10 32 bit OS. Laptop have 8 GB RAM mamory but only 1,82GB is usable.
In Resource Monitor i see that there is much Hardwere Reserved mamory, 6324 MB. That is crazy.
Anyone know how to solve this problem?
I alredy try in run "msconfig" but that dont work for me. Somebody told me that maybe BIOS is old or something like that but i dont know is that good information and how to fix that if that is possible....

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You need to install WIndows 64 bit instead to make use of the 8GB potential.
32bit OS has a 3GB barrier limit.
"In computing, the term 3 GB barrier refers to a limitation of some 32-bit operating systems running on x86 microprocessors. It prevents the operating systems from using all of 4 GB (4 × 10243 bytes) of main memory (RAM). The exact barrier varies by motherboard and I/O device configuration, particularly the size of video RAM; it may be in the range of 2.75 GB to 3.5 GB. The barrier is not present with a64-bit processor and 64-bit operating system, or with certain x86 hardware and an operating system such as Linux or certain versions of Windows Server and macOS that fully support physical address extension (PAE) mode on x86 "
Hope this help answer your query.

Long time I wasn't here but.... i really don't undrestud this..... Ok.... 32 bit OS can't use more than 4 GB Ram ( or 3,5 GB) and.... ok.... i can live with that but.... I can't even use those 4 GB .... I have only 1,8 GB usable RAM and that is what is creeping me out. And my graphic card isn't integrated..... graphic have it's own 2 GB RAM..... ....
Somewhere I saw that might be problem in BIOS but idk where to look for that error or how to solw it. This comp have pretty nice configuration but i can't work on it properly.... Any real help pls....
As soon as I run the laptop, OS and backend programs take 1.1 GB RAM (it remains around 700 MB free), I run Excel, Google Chrome and Outlook, and the computer is no longer able to do anything, the remaining memory is under 100 MB, its performance is like were at the Pentium One. It's not realistic that a computer with this configuration works like a snail.
Graphic is AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330 with 2 GB RAM.

It would surely be faster with an 8GB memory working for you.
To resolve this, back up your files and reinstall a 64 bit Windows 10 and update all drivers needed.

I cant instal 64 bit OS because my company using some 32 bit softwers for main working..... But..... I just would be happy to use and those 4 GB RAM but as you saw .... i have only 1.8 GB usable RAM and that is problem.... Why I have only 1.8 GB when I should have 4 GB ( or 3.5 GB ) ???

You are not going to get 3.5, the graphics uses shared memory with the RAM, other hardware uses some of the RAM. Some RAM is going to be reserved for the other hardware.
