Hi Cashimaru

Welcome to the Community Forums.

You would need to contact back Lenovo technical support to have it properly placed on the BIOS as it is embedded on the chip using specific Lenovo internal tool.

Issue not having that information would create challenges using Lenovo specific apps and tools.

Hi Cashimaru,

Greetings.

Commonly upon replacement of the systemboard, the tech would need to use a flasher tool to transfer the model name and serial. There are also conditions when the BIOS was reflashed that same information could be left blank and would need the same tool to transfer the serial number and model name.

Those are internal tools that you would need to call in the Lenovo tech to restore.

Regards
