I have a brand new Lenovo B50-30 with Windows 8.1. I have noticed that both the delete key (the primary one between PrtSc and Home) and Num Lock keys are not working at all. I have updated the BIOS just in case but it is still not working. Can anyone help me?

Come on Lenovo. I have the same issue, same model. Is this a Hardware or more likley a Firmware issue? I just installed Office on the PC and don't want to return it.

Purchased one today, sat through Windows 8 setup.... Once it finished found I had a problem with the num lock key not working. Searching internet, ended up here, with the exact same fault! Hence found the main delete key also did not work. And YES I have followed all the advice from Lenovo. I have applied all the windows 8.1 updates (85 updates 2/4/15). I have manualy downloaded and installed the latest chipset drivers. I have also downloaded and installled the BIOS update. Restarted many times through the above updates etc. NON HAVE WORKED LENOVO!!! This laptop may be cheap but it would be nice if all the buttons worked! Sending back for a full refund and not having it exchanged. I work in IT and needed a basic laptop for setting up network switches and projectors, how wrong was I to buy the cheapest laptop out there. Lets watch and see if this post gets deleted!
