G-560 Wifi connection problems

Hi there! My G-560 has got for the past 2 weeks lots of WiFi connectivity issues running in Win 7 Professional 32bit. Initially, it is always able to connect to the Internet. At some time i will get the "restricted connectivity" message and the connection will be eventually lost.

If i try to press the troubleshoot problem, it will freeze after a while. So it leaves me with restarting the windows as my only option.

I tried everything related that i read on this forum, but the wifi problem insists. I have tried all the Broadcom drivers including the newest one. Unchecked the "allow  the computer to turn off this device to save power".  I have tried to connect to the net through LAN and it seems to work without problem. I assume it may have sth to do with drivers.

Note its definitely sth with the G-560 as other wireless devices (including another laptop) in my home work perfect.

Thanks in advance

Any help at all from the Support team? Its been 3 weeks now with the specific WiFi problem and its getting ridiculously annoying. If i want to use WiFi for the Laptop, i may even have to restart it about 20 times per day.

Just to let you know - this is a peer to peer forum, not an offical Lenovo support channel.  Lenovo technicians will drop in from time to time, but mostly it is fellow Lenovo users trying to help when possible.

Your issue with WiFi connection dropping, or degrading randomly... Does it happen in just one location or with other areas?  If it happens everywhere (or with multiple areas) and just not one, it may be the WiFi card is having a hardware malfunction and needs to be replaced.  If it is just a single location issue - it could be one of several issues (external) not the hardware.
