I am using g50-30 ,recently I have upgraded to windows 10 creators update from my windows 8.1. After I updraged mine touchpad stopped working, it went uncontrollable, when I tried with mouse too it isn't working. I installed latest updates of Lenovo touchald drivers and mouse too. I unistalled and tried installing the latest update but still it doesn't work. Still the problem continued the click on desktop or any applications open the cursor moves downward and never allows to scroll up.
Please help me I am helpless because of these all I lost mine windows 8.1 back up file. Before I lost I had went back to windows 8.1 the problem existed there too. Now I have only windows 10.
Please help me!!. I have tried all the procedures from different sites. Nothing worked so I came here to ask.

I would recommend that you attempt a factory reset on the unit, this should reset the unit to the factory setup.
And should confirm if the issue is hardware related.
If the issue persists, then it would indicate a hardware issue.
If these steps do not work I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers
