I bought my Lenovo G50-70 about a year ago and updated to Windows 10 about a month ago (so the option to downgrade to Windows 8 is no longer available). Everything was working fine up until today, I turned on my laptop and tried plugging in my headphones but no sound would come out (speakers work just fine though). After looking for the cause of the problem, I found out that my headphones no longer show up in playback devices; all I see is Conexant SmartAudio HD.
I tried all possible solutions including:
- Showing disabled/disconnected devices (nothing there).
- Downloading software from the support site
- Updating and rolling back drivers
- Plugging in different headphones
Bear in mind, my headphones were working fine with Windows 10 until today.
Please tell me there's some kind of solution.
