Windows 10 has been crashing a lot lately, so ran the Lenovo solution center and it came up with final code w1s76trem-ba1nx5. I then ran the diagnostic from the Lenovo web site (it downloaded its own utility) but it ran clean. I tried searching for the specific final result code and got no hits, but I see generally where people ask about codes the recommendation is to back up the drive and be ready to replace it. Being the on-line diagnostic didn't find an error, should I be worried at this point?

Locate c\programdata\Lenovo\ldiag\ldiag.log and post it here.
It will show the return code for each test.
The support page diagnostic module is the same routine inside lenovo solution center.

Short self test on HDD.. failed
Install Lenovo Solution Center 3.6.002 from here:
The support pages are only showing the 32 bit version.
The support page ldiag has a newer version then your current LSC version.
