Hi Geek-Hamza ,
Based on your description ,seems that it probable is the motherboard that fails.
Power checkout isolation (page 21) , checking operational charging on page 22 "
"Perform operational charging. If the battery status indicator or icon does not light on, remove the battery pack and let it return to room temperature. Reinstall the battery pack. If the charge indicator or icon is still off, replace the battery pack. If the charge indicator still does not light on, replace the system board. Then reinstall the battery pack. If it is still not charged, go to the next section" ... If the charge indicator still does not light on, replace the system board .
Having verified that dc in cable , ac charger and battery are ok just leaves us to conclude a power- no post issue (power self test) as if adequately powered by direct current , the systemboard attempts to complete POST but failed to pass not showing graphic activity .
Ticking noise may show as fan or chip issue , thus opening and general cleaning ( re applying thermal paste and reseating RAM and heating components may help otherwise checking hotspots as soon as turned off and unplugged to isolate specific area. As such component are board embedded , it may just be replacing the entire systemboard instead of finding other fix such as reballing or reflow .
You may check the part number for your systemboard from the parts lookup page if needed using the hardware manual for reference.
Hope this helps you decide how to proceed next .
Update us how it works best for you.

Hi @Geek-Hamza ,
For motherboard replacement , reference page 54 of the hardware manual.
In ordering compatible motherboard , use the FRU part number to check here on the parts look up page.

Hi Geek-Hamza ,
If suggestion on the first reply fails to resolve the issue then board level mediation would be difficult as no OEM schematics are available and microchips are board integrated by machines.
You can bring it to a service center to verify if board level troubleshooting would be feasible as this would need special technical expertise and tools.
Best luck to your endeavors.
