Re: G500 : Graphics Card Problem

2015-10-20, 10:07 AM

Hi

No.  This model has the integrated GPU riding on the processor and the discrete graphics soldered to the Mainboard.

MXM gpu has no slot in this mainboard,

Thanks

hi WhyLenovo1,

You can try a Full Recovery by using the One key recovery Software, This loads the Factory Defaults where it should work. If that still don't show your GPU then I suggest the Mainboard has to be replaced or you can bring it to a local technician to have the Motherboard Discrete GPU checked out.

Regards
