Do you think it may be possible that there could be corrupted drives such as the keyboard or chipset drivers? I'm using windows 10 64 bit. Do you know where I could download them?

I fixed it!. I went into ease of access - keyboard - turned on "Filter keys" - then turned off "Display the filter keys icon on the task bar".
Glad that is now resolved. Thanks again RapidFury for your help I appreciate it.

I was about to congratulate you but after I logged in, it seems like it didn't fix it.
You may consider contacting the support hotline I'm sure they'll be able to help you with your computer.
