I've had my Lenovo g500 laptop for longer than I can remember, but recently it's been having a lot of WiFi problems. For almost no reason whatsoever, it will disconnect me from my home WiFi Network and tell me there's "No Internet Connection". Though, when I disconnect and reconnect the internet works perfectly fine. I am currently running Windows 10 with Dolby Advanced Audio, an Onekey Rescue System, an Accutype keyboard, a Silent Fan and an intel core i5. I was unable to locate the serial number and figure out exactly which kind of laptop it is. I really need help with this, please!

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try to download the WiFi and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page. Just enter the serial number in there and it should give you a list of drivers, just choose the right operating system.
The serial number is usually on the bottom of the unit located on sticker most times.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
