One of my friend has a Lenovo G500 notebook with a win8 installed on it.
He forgot the password of his user so noone can log on to the compiuter!
So he asked me to reinstall it but i dont have a installation disc for it ( is there an installation disc in the package originally? ) and also i dont have a win8 code for it ( i suppose it should be in the back of the notebook am i right? )
So how can i reinstall it? Is there any suggestion?

The computer did not really came with an Installation Disc or a product code.
I suggest to have him call the number below Support.
The account will be verified and they will provide assistance on how to Manually Reset the Unit once verified.

Is theese numbers valid for ideapad products also?
The table you copied into, suggest that it does not have a support number
So i can call these number 7x24 with my Lenovo G500 nb problem?

Today i spoked with lenovo support and i am very dissapointed.
They said there is two way.
Either they can repair it in the service center, but i had to pay them ~50-60EUR ( with transfer )
Pr i can order the recovery media from lenovorecovery.com for ~30 EUR
I cant beleive that i bought a nb with a win8 on it and i cant get the install media and code for it for free - as a download.
Is this true? I had to pay for it?
