Good day and welcome to the community.
It sounds like you may have battery conservation mode engaged. If so, charging to 60% and then stopping is normal behavior. In order to charge fully, please check the option in the Lenovo Settings application and adjust as needed.
Hope this helps.

Do you see Lenovo Settings on your Start Menu or in the All Programs listing from the Start Menu?

Hi I'm experincing the same problem. I upgrade to windows 10 and I know I originially set it to optimize battery health and charge up to 60%. I want to change this option now, but I looked everywhere and I can't find the location to turn off the optimize battery health.

Welcome to the Lenovo Community Tiffany !
Make sure you have the Lenovo Settings and Lenovo Companion apps installed on your computer. If they are not, you can find them in the Windows Store. Just do a search in the Store on the term "Lenovo" to quickly find them. During the apps installation you maybe prompted to install the System Interface Foundation driver which you should allow. Once all is installed, reboot the computer and open the Lenovo Settings app. On the left side will be a battery icon. Click on this. The right side of the screen will then open the battery option page. Midway down on this page will be the Conservation Mode option. Turn this option off to fully charge the battery.
