Welcome to the Lenovo Community !
Leaving the laptop plugged in all the time is not good for the overall health of the battery as the laptop will continually try to maintain the 100% charge level. This can contribute to a shorten life span of the battery. Instead, If you plan on having the laptop plugged in for an extended period of time then use the Lenovo Settings app and turn On the Conservation / Threshold Mode option. By enabling this option the laptop will maintain the battery at a 50 to 60% charge and will only charge the battery if it is below that level. If you plan on taking the laptop portable then you can always disable the Conservation / Threshold Mode option and allow the battery to fully charge.

Thank you, that was really helpful.
From where I can download this Lenovo Settings app? is it Advanced Configuration and Power Management Interface (ACPI) Driver ?

I'm assuming that you have Windows 10 as your operating system. If you do not have the Lenovo Settings app installed then you can get it at the Windows Store. To find it easy in the Windows Store, just do a search on Lenovo.

The second image you showed was the page shown when you clicked on the battery icon on the left. If you scroll down on the right side of that page the Conservation Mode option should be in the middle of that page.

Hmmm. Do you have the Lenovo Companion app installed? If not, try installing that app as well. When this app is installed you may also get a request to install the Lenovo Interface driver which you should do. Once everything is installed, reboot and then check to see if Conservation Mode is now available.
