G510 - Monitor replacement problem


Recently, I had my LCD (G510) replaced. The old one was LTN156AT32, Samsung. Unfortunately, I cannot work with the new monitor as it sores my eyes and I feel dizziness after 15 minutes working! I have also seen eye doctors and opticians to check my eyes up, and they told me that there is nothing wrong with my eyes. In addition, I have no problem with other monitors (separately or those connected to my laptop). I would be grateful if somebody can help me out.

Where did you have the screen replaced? If local shop, they may have installed a "compatible" screen with a lower resolution / refresh rate than what came with the system.

Also - just in case - check your display properties and make sure the refresh rate is 60hz if at all possible.
