i solved the issue after days and days of trials.
Finaly i instaled chipset drivers for Win 8, also Intel video for Win 8 and at the end AMD for Win 7.
( on Win 7 Ultimate OS )
Now it works fine.
Hope that help you!
@ Support team : i think is a issue with chipset driver for Win 7 from your driver page!

So I was right.
The 1st problem is to find the correct drivers to identify the GPU in system devices in control panel. (This is solved)
The 2nd problem is to manage to force AMD GPU to take control in high performance graphics needs. Thats why I asked you to make the benchmark test and the results are the same with my Lenovo G500 model with Intel HD4000.
From the results you can figure out that the benchmark made with the intel GPU so again the switcable graphics not working as i said from my 1st post...
Here is the proof of my benchmarks and another one with my i5 desktop pc who has the same intel GPU to understand what I mean by saying that AMD is always sleeping!

i found the drivers on the CD driver for win 8 received with the notebook.
Chipset : ver 126.96.36.1997

Intel management engine interface : ver 184.108.40.2067
