G530 - press fn+f5 wireless key but not working

Question

Hi. I changed my hard disk following which the bluetooth and wireless are turned off despite pushing the wireless switch on.  Even the Fn+F5 function does not work.  I have installed the bluetooth and wireless drivers.  but I still find no respite.

Answer

We often hear users telling us that they not able to use Fn keys such as the fn for wireless, sleep, etc.

In fact, you need to install power management software and drivers whereby it has hotkey driver included in it. Hotkey driver is the key to make sure the Fn keys work. The Power Management Driver can be found on the End Of Life site under: Laptops & Tablets -> Lenovo G Series -> Lenovo G530
