The network adaptor drives on a G550 Lenovo laptop need replaced. The local service center wants to charge me more than I want to pay to install the drivers. Is there a purchasable disk or thumb drive so I can install the drivers myself? The local service center said that they do not have such a product, although I saw one mentioned on the Lenovo website. I cannot access the primary email without the drives installed. See the attachment.

Hi wsl52 ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What Windows version do you have installed?
Drivers for your model are available at the support website for free download.
If you need the recovery media containing both Windows installer and drivers for your machine, you can call in technical support for the order.
You can try to check on device manager ( a screenshot would also help) and get the hardware ID of the devices that needs the driver. The hardware ID would also show the manufacturer that also offers the needed drivers specially if there are unknown devices.
Hope this help answer your query.
