G570 - Is it possible to replace a USB 2.0 port with a USB 3.0 port?

Is it possible to replace a USB 2.0 port with a USB 3.0 port on a G570?

There are 2 USB ports and 1 USB/eSATA combination port on the left and one USB port on the right of the notepad. They are all USB 2.0.

I was hoping that I could change one of them (preferably the right hand one) to a USB 3.0.

Mod's Edit: System model added to the front of Subject line to improve visibility / clarity.

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

Sorry, it is not possible.  USB 3 functionality requires more than just having a USB 3 port installed, it also requires that the motherboard supports it.
