Question

Just recently purchased a G570 and am having trouble installing Outlook 2010.  A message keeps coming up saying 'looking for credential tile'.    

Answer

You will have to unistall the Veriface application. Once uninstalled, try to reinstall the Office 2010 application again. You should be able to install it.  

 

To uninstall, please go to : 

 

  • Start
  • All programmes
  • Lenovo
  • Right click the Veriface icon
  • Open file location
       There should be an Uninstall option at the bottom of the page. Click this and the program will  be uninstalled.
