I have a Broadcom 802.11n(dev_4727,BCM43XX) wireless adapter, and cant get better speed then 72Mbps in any N network. Im curious, that is my hardware's limitation (which means its slightly better then a g adapter) or I just dont find the right settings?
According to this page (http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-g-series-laptops/lenovo-g580-no... i have a BCM43225 card, which theoretical max speed is 300, so I dont really understand.
My sisters 5 year old low end Acer laptop easily reach ~140Mbps, so my router should not be a problem.
Tried various setting in the special tab of my adapter, set everything max performance/40Mhz without any success.
Thanks for the answers.
