Hello everyone! Though I don't specifically know what might be causing you the trouble, but I might have solution for you.......... Worked for me anyway.

I bought my Lenovo G580 on 2012 and since then I got the same problem you are encountering, until I got the Driver Pack Solution. It's an online/offline application that automatically detects your hardware and installes suitable drivers for the same. You can easily get it on the internet.

Otherwise, you can always check your hardware provider name and chipset no. in Devices and Hardware section and download/install the driver according to your OS version.

Please let me know if this helps. Good luck!?✌️
