Im experiencing a weird problem with this model. I' ve installed Windows 7. Everything works except wireless. I've downloaded drivers from lenovo support site but they don't work. It starts installation and then a black CMD screen shows up and i just stops. I can't turn wifi on with fn buttons. I also tried to enable/disable wireless in BIOS, but still nothing. There is an unknown device showing up in device manager. It's probably wireless.
What to do? How to solve this? Anyone experiencing simillar problems? Help please.

Please use this driver but:
Run this execute and it will extract the driver at the following location:
Install thedriver via the "device manager" of Windows by using the Option "Update Driver Software".
At the following menu you have to choose the option "Brwose my computer for driver software".
In the following screen you have to enter the directory for the driver:
Be sure to enable the option "Include subfolders"
By this way it works on my Computer.

I just got a new G700 and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I am experiencing the same problem as described above, however, after I follow the solution steps it fails to locate the WLan driver in the folders and subfolders of the c:\drivers folder.

Did you noticed that there are different Manufactures of WLAN-Modules for the G700?
If you bought your G700 in the last months you have, with high probability, an "Broadcom-Module".
Please try this driver: http://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/wlanbt120w7.exe
Note: this is a driver for both, Bluetooth and Wlan!
