I have an G770 laptop and I'm trying to replace my bottom case because I let my hinges go to long. My problem is that when I put everything into the new bottom case it wont turn on or show it connected to a power supply. Basically it does nothing, when I put it back into what is left of my old bottom case it does fine. The new case is a little different in that it, has the bone in the bottom for the wifi switch but does not have the outer hole for the actual switch. I did not know that till a received it, but I didn't think that would matter. The number of mine is AP0H40003001AB5KY00843 and the one I brought number is AP0H40003001AC68Y00945.I tried scraping the screws that screw in the motherboard figuring it is a grounding problem but nothing has worked. Anyone got a reason/advice or help as to what is going on?
Here is what case I brought: http://www.ebay.com/itm/252770379198?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
