G770 Keyboard

Just got a G770 off of Lenovo's outlet, it has a french keyboard and would like to replace it with an standard english keyboard, I found this:

http://www.lenovospareparts.com/Keyboard_c_660.html

However both of the keyboards they have listed are out of stock on there. So I did a google search for the two product numbers listed 25012184 and 25012185 I have found them both. I'm just wondering what the difference is. The only thing i can see is one has DF and one has JME in the product name. If I look up the hardware config for my laptop it has a DF one in it. Anyone know the difference? Will a JME one work for me?

Re: G770 Keyboard

Hi pitchinnate,

The DF and JME are acronyms for the keyboard vendors/manufacturers but they are the same.  Both part numbers are the keyboard part numbers available for the G770.  Either one of the keyboards should work with your laptop.
