I have a laptop G780 with intel i7 CPU, and 8 G RAM, and it is working very slowly.
When I bought it, it was with another version of windows, and now I have windows 10.
I need to reset to factory setting, and reinstall windows. I wanted first to update the security copy of OneKey, but I get a message that it would need 573 GB, and there is no enought place, while the original settings made the partition to 25 GB, and I can't change the destination where is should be inside the computer.
So my questions are:
1- How to update this security copy?
2- If I couldn't do that, the last one was in april 2014, when I bought the computer, would that re-install the old version of windows?

Hi ksmajeed ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you need to back up some more information from the harddrive? Removing the harddrive and enslaving it on another pc or external harddrive enclosure can help if it no longer boot to Windows. Else , simply copying the data and tranfer it to another storage would ensure you that you have copies of your files.
Not sure how you describe "update the security copy of OneKey". One key recovery image are secured hidden partition as the image itself . Herewith are the guide for creating system backup which are best placed on a separate storage itself.
Here is the common method of doing backup if you still need to . The initial recovery backup (different from user created back up) when turning the machine on using the Novo Button, System Recovery > One Key Recovery > Initial backup would delete everything on your machine as it restores the original factory image back from the first time you purchase it.
Update us how it would work best for you.
