I have got a bluetoth headset that will pair to my laptop lenovo g500 but will not connect. It seems that it is missing a "passkey" [as evident on screenshots enclosed], but i have not been asked for an option to insert it. All my bluetooth drivers are up to date. It was previously working for an extended period of time and then stoppped, it could be it happened after updating from windows 8 to 8.1. But interestingly enough, this happened on a similar device which i returned to manufacturer [i didn't update my system then...] thinking it was faulty. Has anyone got any constructive advice - please look at the enclosed pictures before replying.
