hi Toffe,

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!

Can you try opening Device Manager and check under display adapters,

It should have 2 Graphics devices under it.

Regards

Solid Cruver

Underneath your system, youll find stickers,

Check if you can find the model type numer of your system, its like pn / 59xxxxxx

hi Toffe,

The systemboard installed on that computer is

90003237 VALGD MB W8S UMA

This means that the Motherboard shares Graphics from the Intel. Means no Discrete graphics.

Have you tried performing a One Key Recovery and check. Just to make sure.

If still the same shows up in Device Manager I suggest you call Lenovo Technical Team about this issue.

hi Toffe,

Yeah, I forgot about it.

The proc shows on your Model type number, shows AMD that means that the Graphics your have integrated on the processor is AMD.

But again the Motherboard shows it has a UMA which indicates that it has no Discrete GPU on it.

I suggest you call where you purchase it and report this concern.
