Is there any other way to control my Fan speed. It always runs at max speed.

Re: How to get into advance bios settings tab ?

Hi Levaj,

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists even of the CPU usage is 0% or 100%, hence I suggest you to perform System restore in the computer, below are the links to perform System restore in Windows 8:

Do post us back if the issue still persists.

Best Regards

Re: How to get into advance bios settings tab ?

Hi Levaj,

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists even after performing the “System Restore” in the computer; the only available option is to perform OSRI (Operating System Re-Install) which will confirm if the issue is Hardware related. To perform OSRI click on OKR (One Key Recovery) button in the computer, below is the link to download the User Guide for the steps to perform OSRI and refer page no. 2 to locate the OKR button and page no. 25 for the steps to perform OKR.

NOTE: Please backup the data in the computer before performing OSRI, as the data will be completely erased.

If the issue persists even after performing “System Recovery” in the computer, I would Strongly Suggest Calling Technical Support for Assistance. Click here to open a link where you can select the country and get the exact contact support number. I’m sure they will be a great help.

Hope this helps!!!
