I enter Warranty Infomration and nothing comes up/Companion says 'Status: Unavailable' Help?!

Title pretty much sums it up. I have a Lenovo G500 which desperately needs repairs.

Can you try to check the G500's warranty directly from the lenovo website:

PM'd althought my machine model type isn't displayed on battery, just model type as 5 numbers.

If the warranty information is not accurate, please have your proof of purchase ready when you call Lenovo UK for service.
