Ideapad G700 Webcam Blinking (no boot)

Just looking for some suggestions on this one...

Ideapad G700 won't start, no fan activity, no nothing except a blinking webcam light. (blinks slowly, constantly, no pattern)   

I've been through all the normal T/S steps, battery reset, cmos reset, remove devices, ram, everything.

What does a blinking webcam light mean?

My feeling is a dead MB...  but I can't find any references to this particular issue.

Try using the "Novo Button" that is to the right of the power button to start the notebook - this should place it into a screen that allows you to check the bios or start recovery options.

If that does not work and it still is not responsive, I would suggest contacting Lenovo Support by phone to discuss warranty repair service.
