How do I get in touch with Customer Relations group? I have a G570 (4334) that is one month old. Sent it to repair because the Lenovo logo on the outer cover was coming off (loose on the end where the "o" is). Sent it to repair center in Grapevine with instruction in box and on repair ticket to replace the logo. Took almost 2 weeks. I just received it this morning and they ripped the logo off (bent in while removing it) and Super Glued it back on (glue all over the top with the original logo). The unit came back in far worse shape than I sent it (actually sent it in fresh out of the box condition). I called and told technical support and they said I would have to send it back. I told them that is not acceptable not is the way I received it back. talked to a Supervisor who could care less. He would file a complaint and I might get a response back in 3 -4 days. This is not the way to keep customers. I currently own 5 Thinkpads and this is not the support customers should be getting. Makes me rethink what my next laptop will be. I spent over an hour on the phone with "India" trying to get to Customer Relations and you can guess where that got me - nowhere......
