Keyboard problem on my new Lenovo g450

just purchased my lenovo g450 and i have observed some keyboard problem as when i type something the cursor jumps from one line to another...is this a keyboard issue??? or it may be the site i'm visiting which has problems...but on my desktop computer no such problem occur visiting the same sites....Hope someone could help me...TIA

We purchased 2 laptops and both have the same problem. Can someone at Lenovo respond to this problem? Acer Aspire 5520 also had the same problem.

Did you find a solution to this problem yet? If not, do as below:
In control panel, select 'Mouse', select the 'Tapping'. In the section named 'Typing', check to enable the 'Tap off when typing' property. This should fix it.

Hello, also have the same problem before.

 

I needed to download the Alps Pointing Device driver from Lenovo website. Then update your your driver by selecting the location where you have downloaded the said driver.

 

Did you bought it from Cyberzone? Think they are not aware that they make the preinstallation lacking this program.

 

Anyway, I think this will solve your problem.

I tried that but i cant seem to find that "tapping" thing you're talking about...i cant even find the section called typing.can someone post screenshots for the step by step guide?
