Lenovo B50-80 drivers missing

Hello, I did clean Win 7 Ultimate 64bit install, and following drivers are still missing:

- Ethernet Controller

- Unknow Device

- PCI Device

- SM Bus Controller

- Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

I have tried to update drivers via device manager in Win, but windows will find no update.

Meanwhile I have managed to install Network Controller update.

Please advise what driver and from where I should install.

Thanks

Re: Lenovo B50-80 drivers missing

Hi  22jacques22 ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

You may download your drivers directly on the support site

You can start with the Chipset , then Video then audio , then others in no particular order

Hope this helped get all your drivers needed in your machine.

Update us how it goes.

Regards,

Re: Lenovo B50-80 drivers missing

Hi,

I have tried Chipset update already, it helped with few drivers, but not those I mentioned earlier. Will Video and Audio drivers will help with issue I have, or just should I install all driver available on support site? Especially I am wondering about Ethernet driver, as when I choose driver for LAN there is no driver at all for example. Also, not sure what drive I should install for Unkonw device.

Thanks

Re: Lenovo B50-80 drivers missing

Hi 22jacques22,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Seems that the system was intended more for Windows 10.

In this event , you may download and install the remaining drivers using other methods.

Method 1: Installing drivers native to Windows  via update.

Method 2: Install Native Windows driver manually

From the device manager , right click > property > update driver > browse my computer > Let me pick from a list

Method 3: Searching directly for specific manufacturer using the hardware ID .

Check it on the list .

Method 4: Using the lenovo "Update Your System " tool from the support site.

If you can get the Hardware ID , it would be easier to get it directly from specific provider.

You may also need this drivers : (similar threads)

ACPI\VPC2004

Lenovo Energy Manager v7.0.3.9

PCI Simple Communications Controller

Intel Management Engine Interface Driver v10.0.30.1072

Hope this would help you in getting those drivers for Windows 7.

Update us how it goes.

Regards,

Re: Lenovo B50-80 drivers missing

Hi,

The Unknow Device was that ACPI\VPC2004 you mentioned, so now I have all drivers installed.

Thanks
