I have a Lenovo B50-80 running Windows 7 Home premium. Very often and randomly (there is no rule) it freezes. I have run ccleaner, malwares and also the system update of lenovo with no luck. The hardware seems to be ok but probably there is a software conflict

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Try to disable non essential start up programs in task manager performing clean boot and observe. This should narrow down any software conflict.
I hope this helps answer your query.
Update us how things go.

Welcome to the Lenovo Community gfotis !
In addtition to Spidey101's advice are you using Malwarebytes Premium version? If so, Malwarebytes latest Component Package (1.0.508) has been causing some Windows 7 system to hard freeze. In other words you have to press and hold the power button to shut the system down. If you have the Premium version installed, try disabling the Web Protection option to see if the freeze problem is reolved.

Thanks for your help
I haven't installed Malwarebytes Premium version
Is it possible to have a problem from any drivers I use?
For example the B50-80 has the Intel HD Graphics 5500, but lenovo suggests drivers that are different that the one win 7 suggest and the win 7 update installed to my laptop.
Is it possible to need drivers that lenovo doesn't suggest for b50-80? For example https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/fr/en/downloads/DS101775 for the same graphics I have suggest different drivers. How is that?

If Windows Update updated the graphics driver just prior to the system starting to freeze then it is a good possibility that is the cause. Try rolling back the driver to its previous version. This link will explain how......
In the event the driver roll back resolves the issue, you should then prevent Windows Update from supplying future driver updates. The article will explain how......

No luck with the graphics driver, but I tried something else and since then I have no more freezes.
I followed method 4 (adjust virtual memory) of this article https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-windows-10-freezes-locks-up-randomly-easily/#3
and for half a day I have no more freezes.
Is it possible?
I will let you informed.

If adjusting the virtual memory has resolved the freezing thus far, hopefully that took care of the problem. Only time will tell.

The problem remained but less frequenty. So,I decided to format the disk and load win 8.1. Everything works excellent so far.
Maybe there was a compatibility issue between lenovo drivers and win 7. I don't know...
Regards and thanks for your time
