Question

Recently the BioExcess (Fingerprint reader) stopped working. There are no BioExcess icons at the Windows login page.

Answer

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click Programs and Features
  4. Select BioExcess and click Uninstall
  5. Reboot laptop
  6. Download BioExcess from support site
  7. Install BioExcess
  8. Reboot
  9. Test fingerprint.

I can't get BioExcess to Uninstall.. it starts to then pops up with saying that wizard was inturrpted. Help. Smiley Sad
