I'm having issue regarding lenovo easycam. Whenever I turn easycam on for video chat, there's a black dark screen. The other person can't see me. Could you help?

Welcome to the Forums.
Can you try the following:
1. Close all running applications that uses the camera (eg. Skype) and test the webcam by visiting www.testmycam.net.
2. If the camera works fine via testmycam.net, navigate to the Control Panel (icon views) > Programs and Features and uninstall anything that relates to Lenovo Easy Camera or / Camera Driver (reboot if necessary).
3. When finished and you're running on Windows 7, re-install the camera driver below and observe the webcam functionality.
