Lenovo G4070 atikmpag.sys BSOD

2015-07-04, 5:43 AM

Hello,

I used Windows 7 64 bit and have BSOD problem. I have tried replacing atikmpag.sys, uninstalling existing driver with Display Driver Uninstaller from Guru3D then reinstall with driver automatically chosen by Lenovo Website named amd-catalyst-omega-14.12-without-dotnet45-win7-64bit . Once I restart my laptop, BSOD problem still occur.

Please advise.

Thank you

Same here, but I am using g400.

After the bluescreen, Your AMD not detected at device manager and in dxdiag just read HD graphic memory, right?

(sorry for my bad english)

Hi  FadhFirasiV

No, it is detected, but once I start Windows I have to go to Device manager quickly to disable AMD to prevent blue screen, otherwise blue screen will occure in just 1 - 2 mins after login. It keep loop blue screen and auto restart.

So it is like I bought laptop and waste money to AMD card.
