Thanks for replay sir,
As you told i did that process, remove battery, remove harddrive and press and hold power button , etc,
But the same black screen problem occur after lenovo logo.

And when i run lenovo diagnostics, i notice that there is no fan, and when i run diagnostics to harddrive i got some bad sectors
SMART Status Test : Passed
Targeted Read Test
( Bad sector was found 24090128 ) : Failed
Random Seek Test : Passed
Funnel Seek Test : Passed
Smart Short Self Test
( Bad sector was found 22454160 ) : Failed
Smart Drive Self Test : Passed
Is there any solution , we can get, which i can do,
why its showing FAN Not Avaiable ,
What if i click scan and recover bad secotor ( If i select this they show warning "before start backup all files,inculding OS) Should i do this, and recover my bad sector. Is this will help me,

Hi zoheb_syed ,
Good job on the diagnostics.
It fails when it tries to load windows so most likely the files for windows may be on that bad sectors as what you had on the video.
Forward this error message to tech support to prove that there is an issue with the harddrive , and it actually faied on Smart Short Self Test and Targeted Read Test .

But now i Moved to Hyderabad, India. Is there any authorized service center in Hyderabad, India. which you know.
I will try there in India only,
And if there is any troubleshoot which i can do, that will more appriciate.

Just call tech support India and inform them the diagnostic result you had previously.

Hi Ayanda ,
I would suggest creating a new post as the symptom may be different from yours.
What you can include are steps to isolate the issue like checking on the BIOS by powering using the novo button.
Test if there is a display on external monitors, check if pressing the caps lock would respond and if there are audible Windows log in sounds that would play.
