So, I had reset my computer back to factory settings except that the Network Controller is not properly working and showing an exclamation mark. I can't even use my wireless to download drivers or resolve the solution because it is not showing. As far as I am concerned, all network adapters are working properly. When I click on the driver, this is what I get:Checked in Device Manager and there is an exclamation mark in 'Network Controller', a look at the properties shows:
--manufacturer is 'Unknown'
--the driver is not installed
--Location: PCI bus 3, device 0, function 0

If you did not save/backup the drivers to a place where you can install from ( USB,CD ), you should get a cheap USB-WLAN-Adapter to get connected to the internet to download the drivers.

 

But i'm wondering how you are writing your questions here without internet-access :manwink:

 

I hope you'll think about a backup the next time you reset any device  :smileysurprised:

The issue is not solved yet. I am perplexed as to where I can find the driver to download and how to download it (I am near computer illiterate). I tried the Lenovo website but I can't find the driver.
